About Me:
I am a filmmaker, musician, singer/songwriter, and passionate cook. I have worked for the past two years at a small café in Mount Eliza (Mornington Peninsula), where I learnt a great deal about hospitality, and the art of cooking, working under Guy Mirabella. I have since moved to Hawthorn for my studies, and am looking for work closer to home.

The Boathouse Restaurant – Dishwasher/Kitchenhand
100 Mile Foodie – Picker/Packer, Kitchenhand, Cinema setup.

Skills:
Teamwork: I am conscious of the importance of teamwork and being a team player. I always ensure I contribute my best at work and support others around me. I love learning new skills and using them to improve my work.
Positive Attitude: I always do my best to maintain a positive attitude in all situations. In the past, I have been criticised by my friends and colleagues for being “too positive” in the mornings. I am also a very honest and loyal person, who despises the concept of lying or abusing people’s trust.
Communication Skills: I have excellent communication skills with the ability to both state my opinion and respectfully listen to others. I know and understand the importance of manners and humility, but am not afraid of, and in fact value constructive feedback, and criticism. Additionally, I have great experience in working with disabled people having worked at 100 Mile Foodie as well as spending time with and looking after my younger brother Tristan (who has a disability).
Reliability: I am very reliable and always arrive at work on time. I am the sort of person who, when asked to do something, will make sure it gets done. I prioritise my commitments to others, and make sure I do these to the best of my ability.
Initiative: I have great initiative, and common sense, and I use these skills to effectively get jobs done in a timely manner. I am also incredibly strategic and methodical. When doing a job, I work out the most efficient way to do it, and then stick to it.
Academic Achievements:
In The Big Science Competition I received a high distinction, meaning I was placed in the top 5% of Australia and Australasia. I also have several Balcombe Grammar School Colours Awards. These include a Silver Global Colours Award, and a Bronze Academic Colours Award. Since high school, I have also been awarded “Best Screenplay” at the “Swinburne Diploma Film Festival 2022” for my short film “Ba Na Na”. This film was also awarded “Best Horror Hybrid” at the “2023 Hybrid Genre Film Festival”. My latest film “Edgar the Extravagant Intergalactic Pirate” has also just been awarded “Best Post Production” at the “Cinaesthesia Film Festival”
